Overview
The articulating arm aerial work vehicle can adapt to a specific operating environment - that is - it can work in humid, corrosive, dusty, high-temperature, and low-temperature environments.
The aerial work vehicle has the function of automatic walking, which can walk fast and slow in different working conditions. Boom

There are lifting rings on the bottom frame and turntable, which is convenient for hoisting.
Security Settings
The working bucket has an automatic leveling function, and the inclination angle of the working bucket relative to the horizontal plane can be no more than 1.5°.
There are upper and lower consoles (ground console and platform console). The upper and lower consoles can convert via reversing switches. The lock function will work on the lower console when the upper control works. The upper and lower consoles are protected by protective covers.
The boom can be telescopic, luffed, and slewed smoothly and has a buffer device.
There are reliable brakes for platform walking and boom rotation to ensure reliable control on ramps and during operation.
There is a foot switch on the platform. You can step on the foot switch to operated it.
When the amplitude and height of the platform reach a certain level, the travel speed and movement speed of boom are automatically limited. If the articulating arm aerial work vehicle is on the ground with a higher than 3° unevenness, its boom will be limited to move.
Each oil cylinder is equipped with a balance valve or hydraulic lock to ensure that the oil cylinder will not activate automatically and the connection between the oil cylinder and the balance valve and hydraulic lock is rigid.
Electrical system
Adopt PLC and CAN bus control mode to simplify the circuit and facilitate maintenance and repair. The metal aviation plug is adopted, and the protection level reaches IP65.
The boom telescopic, luffing, slewing, and platform walking are all controlled by electric hydraulic proportional control, which can realize step-less speed regulation.
If the equipment boom lowers, an audible and visual alarm will be issued.
The upper and lower consoles are equipped with emergency stop buttons, which can enable the operator to quickly turn off the engine and prevent the platform from continuing to move when there is an unexpected situation during the operation.
The lower console has a display screen, which can monitor the running status of the whole vehicle.
The upper and lower consoles are protected by protective covers.
It is equipped with a device to prevent restarting when the engine is running.
Hydraulic system
The main hydraulic and control components are imported brand products with high reliability.
The hydraulic system has automatic pressure compensation and load sensing functions to ensure that the oil pump and engine will not have damage due to overload.
Equipped with a manual emergency lowering device when the engine or main oil pump fails, the working bucket can lower safely to the ground.
The boom telescopic, luffing, slewing, and platform walking can perform multiple tasks at the same time.
Install a safety valve on the hydraulic circuit to prevent abnormal pressure increases in hydraulic components.
The working bucket leveling adopts the static pressure leveling system. Compared with the traditional electro-hydraulic leveling system, the static pressure leveling system runs more smoothly and has higher reliability. More importantly, it can avoid malfunction caused by electrical faults.
Engine system
The engine throttle control has three speeds (or step-less speed change). When there is no action for a long time, the engine will automatically reduce to a low idle speed to meet the energy-saving requirements.
The engine air intake system adopts closed two-stage filtration, which is suitable for operation in a dusty environment; and is easy to maintain.
The engine system has an automatic shutdown device to prevent engine overheating and low hydraulic oil pressure.
Features
A patented weighing device. Using the weighing device with the patented technology owned by the company, the weighing device can realize the accurate weighing of the workbench load.
