■ Winch trolley mechanism
The winch trolley travel mechanism consists of four driving wheel boxes. When parking, the brake disc on the brake motor is reset to ensure immediate braking.
■ Outrigger part
The outrigger part is composed of rigid outriggers and flexible outriggers. Each joint is connected by high-strength bolts, which is easy and fast to install and has a firm connection. A row of ladders and an inclined ladder are connected to the outriggers. Operators can use the ladders or inclined ladders to enter the operating cabin, and then use the vertical ladder to reach the walking platform.
■ Operation cabin and electrical control
The operation cabin consists of the operation cabin body and the electric control box. The outside of the operation cabin is welded with steel plates and supported by steel sections and installed in the middle of the main and auxiliary legs of the rigid legs. The front and sides of the cabin are equipped with glass windows with wide fields of view, through which all working conditions in the field can be observed. The electric control box is an independent box installed outside the operation cabin, connected to the hand handle by a control cable, and the hand handle is placed in the operation cabin. When the crane is working, the operator in the operation cabin controls all the actions of the crane through the buttons on the hand handle.
■ Main beam assembly
The main beam assembly consists of the main longitudinal beam, connecting frame, etc. The main longitudinal beam is a double-width triangular honeycomb beam welded from steel plates and steel sections. The beams are connected by steel pins in the middle. The upper part of the beam is equipped with steel rails for the hoisting trolley to travel. The double-width main beams are connected to the connecting frame by bolts to form a whole.
■ Ladder platform assembly
To facilitate the maintenance and repair of the gantry crane, a walking platform for maintenance personnel is installed on one side of the main longitudinal beam. There are guardrails on both sides of the walking platform. Workers can climb the ladder to the walking platform to repair and maintain the machine parts.
■ Hoisting trolley mechanism
The hoisting trolley mechanism consists of a frame, a trolley travel mechanism, a winch and a pulley block. The frame is the load-bearing mechanism of the hoisting trolley, which is welded by the main beam and the cross beam of the hoisting trolley. The frame is connected with the trolley travel mechanism, which consists of two active wheel boxes, each of which is equipped with an active travel wheel and a passive travel wheel. A cycloid pinwheel reducer is installed on the outside of the wheel box, and its structure and working principle are the same as those of the trolley travel mechanism.
