Motor

Transmission gear set

Chain

G100 grade chain, 8 times safety factor alloy steel lifting chain fully complies with German standards and European 818-7 standards.

Clutch

The clutch is fully imported wet clutch friction plate, with overload protection function, as well as anti-top, lifelong maintenance-free design.

Limit Switch

Precise electronic limit switch can adjust the electric hoist stroke and prevent top impact to ensure safe operation.

Control System

■  High-end digital control system, all control options are concentrated on the LCD touch screen and displayed digitally. 

■  The controller can independently control the lifting of one or more stage hoists, and can group each point with a name and remark, saving the tedious operation of looking up the layout drawings.

■  Ergonomically designed LCD operating table, exquisite appearance and simple operation

■  The operating table and the integrated circuit cabinet are designed to be separated and connected by a signal line, which increases the convenience and flexibility of operation (the longest theoretical distance of the signal line is 200 meters).

■  The handheld operating table is equipped with a rocker-type operating lever. Stage hoists can only be powered on when it is pushed up or pulled down. When not in operation, the rocker resets to the middle and stops sending action signals to the operating system, increasing the controllability and safety of the operation.

■  The operating console is equipped with an emergency stop button, which can cut off the control system and power supply in an emergency to avoid safety accidents.
