1. Reducer
1). The reducer is a three-stage cylindrical gear. The materials of the reducer gear and shaft are made of high-quality alloy steel, and all are equipped with rolling bearings.
2). The casing of the reducer is a high-quality cast iron machining center, which is tightly processed and assembled, and dust is not easy to penetrate.

2. Hoisting device

4. Hook

2). 1 ~ 5 ton adopts single pulley type hook device, 10 ~ 35 T adopts multi-pulley type hook device, and the hook nut is fixed by pin or card plate structure, which makes it easy to disassemble.
5. Power Inductor
According to the relevant provisions of the national standard GB3836, only flexible cable power inlets can be used. It is absolutely forbidden to use finned, sliding power inlets or pulley inlets with exposed live metal bodies that are prone to sparks.
6. Limit switch
In order to prevent the hook from exceeding the lifting limit position, resulting in the accident of the chain being pulled off, or exceeding the limit position when falling, causing the chain to be confused or the hook to collide with the ground, the lifting height limit switch is used to ensure that the hook reaches the upper limit. When the trolley is at the lower two limit positions, cut off the power supply of the hoisting motor in time to ensure safety; when the trolley is running close to the limit position, a running limit switch should be set to ensure that the running trolley contacts the limit switch to make it actuate immediately after the power is cut off. During the deceleration process It collides with the stop block to ensure safety.
7. Explosion-proof motor
This series of explosion-proof electric hoists explosion-proof motors are specially manufactured fully enclosed explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors. The maximum torque of the explosion-proof motor is 2.4 times the full load torque. In order to adapt to the direct starting of explosion-proof hoist to continue working.

8. Manipulator

When the hook lifts to the limit size, the explosion-proof limit switch cuts off the main circuit power supply of the lifting motor. When the hook rises to the limit position, as long as the lower button is operated to lower the hook, or when the hook falls to the lower limit position, as long as the lift button is operated to raise the hook, the contacts of the travel switch can be restored.
